Mark Lawrence's attempt to become the first player to win two Streamline Taxis York Open Darts

Championship Ranking Events during 2017 came to a halt as Humberside's Trevor Holtby claimed his first York Darts Promotions tournament success.

Ranking Event 6 organised in Association with York Print and Red Dragon Darts saw a nine leg thriller as Holtby edged to victory with 18-16-18-16 and 19 darts against Lawrence's 14-17-18-17.

As the Ranking Events continue in the Streamline Taxis York Open Darts Championships and we start to look towards the Huckleberry's YDP Darts Masters and the YDP Synergy Cleaning "Champion of Champions" Qualifying Knockouts and Grand Finals so we look to finding board sponsors for these events.

The final details are now in place for The YDP Presentation and Black Tie Charity Gala Night in aid of The Smiley Riley Fund and Prostate Cancer UK.

The event, which is ticket only, takes place on Wednesday 13th December 2017 at The Principal Hotel in York.
